Barry Lupton nominated for FETAC's Authenticator panel (September 2011)
Having recently completed an interview with FETAC , Barry was delighted to be informed that he is to be nominatied to the authenticator panel in the domain of design. The Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) is the statutory awarding body for further education and training in Ireland. FETAC makes quality assured awards that are part of the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) from levels 1-6. Meeting learner needs is central to the work of FETAC.
The role of the external authenticator is to provide independent confirmation of fair and consistent assessment of learners in line with FETAC requirements and national standards
